2. Booking & Payments

All bookings must be confirmed via written communication (email/WhatsApp) or through our official website.

Full or partial payment may be required to confirm services. Details will be shared based on package type.

Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

3. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellations must be made in writing.

Refunds, if applicable, are processed after deducting cancellation charges as per the package.

No refund for no-shows or unused services.

4. Pricing & Inclusions

Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in fuel, taxes, or other variables.

Inclusions and exclusions will be clearly listed in the itinerary or quotation provided.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

Guests must carry valid ID proof and travel documents.

Any damage to vehicles or properties during the trip will be charged to the client.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Airavat Journeys Private Limited is not responsible for:

Delays, injuries, losses due to natural calamities, political unrest, or third-party service failures.

The behavior or safety violations by travelers during the tour.
